Left Behind

On the way to Jaisalmer, i found one small old broken rusty pole with rusty chain.  I see very good depth of field in this image.

One tip : smaller the aperture greater the depth of field.

Airplane Wing pictures taken with iPhone

Hello there,

Today i'm sharing few pictures of Airplane Wing taken with iPhone. Two weeks back i visited Rajasthan. From bangalore, when i boarded the plane i kept my SRL bag into the cabin, little far from my seat. Around 7:00 PM in the evening i saw this beautiful line of sunlight between the could and the sky. i clicked this image(first image in this post). After few minutes this view disappeared.

In low light situation iPhone creates lots of noise in the image, i used photoshop to reduce the noise.

Paint with the lights

Light painting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source or by moving the camera. The term light painting also encompasses images lit from outside the frame with hand-held light sources. (from:wikipedia)

Normally light painting will be done during night or in dark room,  All you need a study tripod or bean bag and set exposure time 30 sec. or more. Now with the help of hand-held light source(flash light..) start drawing your imagination in the air.
